Job summary

Johor Plantations Group Berhad is seeking an experienced Brand & Events Lead to oversee the Group's event portfolio and master calendar. You will guard brand consistency, sustainability practices, and manage corporate merchandise inventory while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

You will develop annual plans and budgets, lead cross‑functional projects, and implement risk management and ROI reporting for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7–9 years in brand management or events with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group-wide event portfolio and master calendar, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate stakeholders, agencies, organizers and vendors for events.
• Develop annual plans, budgets and measures; manage cross-functional projects.
