Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to design, develop, and support CRM and Order Management platforms that drive onboarding, sales journeys, fulfilment, and billing operations.

You will deliver scalable backend services, secure REST APIs, and microservices while adhering to DevOps practices, observability, and continuous delivery. Senior candidates may lead initiatives and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 4–10 years in software engineering, CRM/BSS/OSS, or large-scale environments.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
• SQL expertise in PostgreSQL and/or Oracle; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support CRM/OM platforms and integrations.
• Build secure REST APIs and microservices for scalable deployments.
• Operate on Kubernetes and AWS; participate in DevOps and CI/CD.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and industry best practices.
