Job summary

LAC Global Brands is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Executive to drive CRM strategies across email, SMS and other channels. You will develop lifecycle programmes, segment customers, and tailor messaging to boost onboarding, engagement and retention.

You will work with Marketing, Sales and Retail Operations to align CRM with business goals, ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and deliver measurable campaign revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales and Marketing with 3+ years CRM experience.
• Experience managing loyalty programmes is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin helpful.
• Hands-on CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics systems.
• Knowledge of segmentation and direct marketing best practices.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to handle large customer databases and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications.
• Develop customer lifecycle programmes for onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Create segments based on purchase behaviour to tailor communications.
• Develop and optimise personalised messaging and templates across channels.
• Support growth and management of customer database with privacy compliance.
• Coordinate loyalty programme initiatives across channels.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results for actionable insights.
• Track and report CRM performance including engagement and revenue.
• Test and refine campaign content and journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations and others to align CRM with business objectives.
