Job summary

PU Prime is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to elevate our design team across brand, digital, motion and regional creative work. You will lead a multidisciplinary team covering visual and graphic design, motion and video, web and digital design, as well as regional creative support.

Beyond managing day-to-day delivery, you will play a key role in defining and evolving our global visual direction, raising the creative standard of the team and building a scalable design system that

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior or lead design role with proven craft.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating visual taste and judgement.
• Strong experience in brand identity, visual systems and multi-channel design.
• Ability to establish or evolve a brand's visual direction.
• Hands-on design capability and ability to guide work from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the company's visual direction and creative quality across brand and marketing touchpoints.
• Translate brand strategy into distinctive visual concepts, design languages and systems.
• Set a high creative bar across graphic, digital, web, motion and campaigns.
• Lead creative reviews with clear, actionable feedback.
• Mentor designers and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable brand and design systems for global/regional teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across websites, social, campaigns and events.
• Contribute hands-on design when required and support AI-enabled workflows.
