Job summary

PU Prime is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist (Web) to own the global marketing websites, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and conversion-focused experience across markets. You will collaborate with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Regional Marketing, Branding and Development to translate requirements into effective digital experiences.

This role is not a pure web development role; you will drive website projects from requirements to launch and optimisation, manage localisation, UX

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in web marketing, website management or related roles.
Experience in web redesigns or large-scale website improvements.
Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
Experience with CMS platforms and managing website content.
Experience coordinating projects with designers and developers.
Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
Good understanding of digital marketing and its impact on acquisition and conversion.
Comfortable using web analytics to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the company's global marketing websites and act as primary contact within Marketing.
Manage improvement and revamp projects from requirements through launch.
Translate marketing needs into briefs for designers and developers.
Coordinate localisation across markets and languages.
Ensure consistency between global brands and local market needs.
Review UX and user journeys to reduce friction and boost conversions.
Analyse performance using GA4, heatmaps, funnels and other analytics tools.
Support CRO initiatives and campaign landing pages optimization.
Manage content updates through CMS platforms and maintain accuracy.
