SiTime is seeking a Senior Costing Analyst to own product cost from wafer to finished goods across MEMS and CMOS timing portfolios. You will build and maintain a structured cost database, develop cost models, and lead deep-dive analyses of yield and unit cost variances for Finance, Operations, and Engineering.

Automation is central to this role, replacing manual roll-ups with data-driven models so the team focuses on analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in supply management, product costing or FP&A, incl. semiconductor experience.
• Hands-on experience building multi-level BOMs and standard costs in an ERP system.
• Understanding of semiconductor flow and how yield drives unit cost.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain multi-level BOMs for oscillators, resonators and clock ICs across MEMS/CMOS wafers, die bank, assembly, test, packaging and freight.
• Model die and unit cost from wafer price, gross die per wafer and yield at each stage.
• Support annual standard cost setting and drive quarterly standard cost revisions with Operations and Supply Chain.
• Automate quote intake, data cleanup and BOM cost roll-ups to replace manual work.
