Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Cost Managers (CSA or MEP) to join a project team delivering large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities in Malaysia. You will manage costs from design through construction and close-out, supporting procurement strategies and ensuring commercial excellence.

Experience in CSA or MEP packages and 5–10 years in cost management within construction are preferred, with a focus on industrial projects such as semiconductors or data centers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, budgeting, and forecast across project stages.
• Support procurement strategies for CSA/MEP packages.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors on cost management and reporting.
