Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Malaysia to lead and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers, propose holistic financial solutions, and drive revenue growth across a broad range of banking services.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in corporate relationship management, deep knowledge of lending, cash management, trade finance, and wealth solutions, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or banking.
• Minimum 7 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record in managing corporate clients and achieving growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products: lending, deposits, cash management, trade finance, wealth solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Deepen relationships and expand business with key stakeholders.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers via networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Recommend customized banking and financial solutions across products and services.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews addressing clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, credit recommendations, and client presentations.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets.
• Collaborate with product partners, credit, legal, operations and other teams.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and governance standards.
