Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Corporate Communication & Operation Executive to support coordination of corporate communications, operational activities and management reporting across the group. You will liaise with senior management, group departments and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely execution of directives.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–6 years’ experience in corporate communication or operations, plus strong report-writing
The Senior Communication & Operation Executive is responsible for supporting the effective coordination of corporate communication, operational activities, management reporting, internal engagement and cross‑functional coordination within the company and its subsidiaries. The position acts as an important liaison between Senior Management, Group departments, subsidiaries, project teams and external stakeholders to ensure information is communicated accurately, operational matters are coordinated efficiently, and management directives are followed through to completion.
Coordinate internal and external corporate communication activities on behalf of the company
Prepare, draft and coordinate corporate announcements, internal memorandums, management communications, company circulars, corporate presentations, newsletters, event materials, corporate profiles, and speeches
Ensure all corporate communication is accurate, professional, consistent and aligned with the Group's corporate identity
Provide coordination and administrative support to Senior Management on operational and corporate matters
Coordinate management meetings, briefings and internal corporate meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentation materials, minutes and action‑item trackers
Coordinate operational activities across departments and subsidiaries to ensure smooth implementation of management directives
Monitor the progress of key operational initiatives, projects and management action plans
Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards and summaries, consolidating operational information from various departments and subsidiaries
Plan and coordinate corporate events, company functions, management meetings, employee engagement activities and corporate social responsibility initiatives
Maintain organised filing systems for corporate and operational documents, ensuring confidential documents are handled securely
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication or a related discipline
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in corporate communication, operations, administration, business coordination, management support or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to prepare professional reports, presentations and corporate correspondence
Strong ability to coordinate multiple departments and stakeholders
Able to consolidate and interpret operational information
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
Professional, tactful and confident when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook / email communication
