Responsibilities include crisis communication, events, CSR initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on employer branding and marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, branding, or marketing communications.
• Proven experience with media relations and executive communications.
• Strong writing/editing skills and content creation ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to strengthen brand and identity.
• Plan internal and external comms including announcements, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage media relations and liaise with media agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee branding and ensure consistency across channels and materials.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Corporate Communications Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand, reputation, and corporate identity.
• Plan and manage internal and external communication initiatives, including corporate announcements, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and executive communications.
• Manage the company's media relations, public relations activities, and act as the key liaison with media agencies and external stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate branding and ensure consistency across all communication channels, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
• Develop content for the company's website, social media platforms, annual reports, and other corporate publications.
• Lead crisis communication planning and provide timely communication support during corporate issues or emergencies.
• Organize and coordinate corporate events, CSR initiatives, media briefings, product launches, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment, providing recommendations to enhance the company's corporate image.
• Manage communication budgets, external vendors, and agencies to ensure effective project execution.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns through analytics and reporting.
• Perform any other corporate communication and branding initiatives assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, branding, or marketing communications.
• Proven experience managing corporate communication strategies, media relations, and executive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content writing and editing abilities.
• Experience in digital communications, social media management, and content marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management will be an advantage.
• Creative, strategic, and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
• Able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to MYR 7,000 + VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Selangor, Malaysia
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:30am - 5:30pm
