Responsibilities

• Manage corporate events, governance practices and internal policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Government and External Stakeholder Relations: Manage corporate relationships and communications with government or regulatory agencies, industry associations, tenants and other external stakeholders to support business operations and corporate objectives.
• Corporate Communications and Public Relations: Develop and implement corporate communication strategies, manage official announcements for internal and external communications.
• Contract, Agreement, NDA Management and Business Licensing: Review and manage commercial agreements, tenancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are adequately protected. Coordinate regulatory business licences and permits renewals.
• Corporate Governance and Risk Management: Ensure agreements, business arrangements, and external commitments comply with company policies and legal requirements. Assess legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks arising from contractual arrangements, tenancy matters, and corporate activities.
• Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate correspondence, announcements, meetings, and communications relating to corporate affairs and property matters. Represent the company in external engagements and negotiations within the authority delegated by management.
