Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the Company's compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters from its Kota Damansara base in Malaysia. The role focuses on implementing robust compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating corporate governance activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, ESG reporting and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in compliance, corporate governance, risk management, internal audit or related fields will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Company's compliance framework, policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Oversee Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and related regulatory records.
• Coordinate statutory filings, annual returns and corporate information updates.
• Coordinate and support internal audit planning and findings.
• Lead ESG and sustainability framework development and reporting.
• Support Data Protection and privacy framework implementation.
• Oversee contract management, licensing and regulatory compliance.
