Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented procurement and contract administration professional to support tender management, vendor evaluation and contract administration across our property development projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure alignment with policies, manage end-to-end procurement, and drive value through effective pre-tender and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Periodically review procurement practices for policy alignment.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and contract administration including tender evaluation.
• Oversee procurement activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Evaluate contractor qualifications and tender suitability for projects.
• Coordinate pre-tender and tender activities and prepare recommendations.
• Prepare management papers for vendor appointments and tender decisions.
