• Thorough understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and contracting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contracting resource and coordinate complex contract reviews with legal, procurement, risk management, and stakeholders.
• Draft, redline, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of transactional contracts.
• Evaluate contract materials for completeness, risk, and stakeholder readiness.
• Review redlines to ensure alignment with standards and business needs; recommend negotiation or escalation.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams on significant contracting matters.
• Analyze contract terms with Legal; identify amendments, renewals, terminations, or other actions.
• Review contracts for compliance, drive process improvements, and enhance cycle time.
• Lead contract termination reviews and prepare related correspondence.
• Participate in required workshops and trainings related to contracting policies.
