We seek a seasoned Contracts Manager/QS to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts while advising management on liabilities and obligations.

The role requires 5–8 years in QS/Contracts with excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee project costs within the contract framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QS / Contracts management.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and subcontracts.
• Advise management on contractual obligations and potential liabilities.
• Work with project teams to manage costs within the contract framework.
• Evaluate contract variations, claims and change orders.
• Ensure cost- effectiveness in procurement and contract execution.
