Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to lead tendering and contract management. You will coordinate pre-qualification, market surveys, bid evaluations, and negotiations with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in QS-related field, 7+ years in contract administration, strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and QS software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years in contract administration, cost management or quantity surveying.
Proficient with tendering procedures, procurement, cost control and final accounts.
Experience with standard forms of contract and construction industry practices.
Proficient in MS Office and QS software systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate tendering activities from pre-qualification to contract award.
Review tender documents and proposals for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely submissions.
Prepare LOA, contract agreements, variation orders, and related documentation.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, variation orders, and final accounts.
