Job summary

GuocoLand Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across complex projects from feasibility through to completion. You will oversee budgets, cost plans and tendering, while mentoring a small team and ensuring governance standards across pre- and post-contract activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 8+ years in contracts, procurement, quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Experience in property development, consultancy or construction.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction contracts and industry practices.
• Experience leading projects or small teams.
