Job summary

Armani Equity Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Contract Executive/Assistant Contract Manager to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of high-impact construction projects. You will manage tender strategy, contract administration, cost control, and final accounts while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will partner with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered commercially, efficiently, and in full compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, building or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, or commercial management in construction.
• Knowledge of PAM 2006/2018, CIDB requirements, and construction contracts.
• Hands-on tendering, cost control, contractual claims, VO, EOT, and final accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, tender submissions; review tender documents, drawings, and Bills of Quantities; source and negotiate with subcontractors; conduct tender evaluations; support contract negotiations; prepare contract documents.
