Job summary

China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual matters, review tenders, and negotiate terms with clients. The role requires strong contract knowledge and leadership to ensure compliant submissions and final accounts.

You will advise management on contractual issues, liaise with clients and project teams, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Contract.
• At least 10 years of working experience in Construction industry.
• Experience working under main contractor company.
• Specialized in Highrise building and industrial factory will be added advantage.
• Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines.
• An excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of all contractual matters in the company.
• To take charge of contract review to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
• To negotiate with clients for finalization of contracts.
• To advise the Managements on contractual matters.
• To liaise with clients on contractual matters
• To provide guidance and advice to operation team on all contractual related matters.
• To represent the company in meeting convened by client, if required.
• To maintain & enhance good & proper relationship with Client/Client Representative and consultants to archive client satisfaction through continue improvement.
• To ensure and monitor for all project final accounts.
• To carry out any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
