Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of audit or relevant banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent; professional certifications advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management products, processes and risks.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee audit engagements covering Consumer Banking, Lending, Wealth Management and related support functions.
• Perform continuous risk assessments and risk profiling for assigned portfolios.
• Oversee audit fieldwork and review workpapers for quality and adherence to methodology.
• Provide guidance and coaching to audit team members during engagements.
• Actively drive adoption of Generative AI, Data Analytics and tech-enabled auditing techniques.
• Identify root causes and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and present quality audit reports with key issues and action plans.
• Build stakeholder relationships while maintaining independence and objectivity.
• Contribute to risk-based audit plans and portfolio risk assessments.
