Job summary

ZALAM is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to supervise and coordinate construction works across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. The role covers C&S, M&E, Safety and related activities, with strong focus on resource coordination and schedule management.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and possess 5–8 years of experience in construction coordination or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor construction works including C&S, M&E, Safety and other building related works.
• Coordinate resources, manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
• Assist in developing and updating project work programmes and master schedules.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Site controlling, monitoring, inspection, meetings and supervise project progress.
• Supervise Main, Sub contractors, NSC etc to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Responsible for quality control of all material, equipment and services.
• Review and evaluate contractor's weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Liaise with Client, consultants, architect, contractors, utility providers and Government authorities.
