Job summary

ZALAM, with over 45 years in building properties development and civil/structural engineering, seeks a Senior Architecture Coordinator for semiconductor factory construction. You will coordinate all architectural works on site, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and liaise with architects, consultants, PMs, and engineers to keep milestones on track.

Responsibilities include monitoring finishes, coordinating with M&E, cleanroom and process equipment, and supervising shop

Qualifications

• Coordinate and monitor architectural works on site
• Check construction against approved drawings, specifications and details
• Coordinate with Architect, Consultants, Project Manager, Engineers and Subcontractors
• Monitor walls, partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring, waterproofing, painting and finishes
• Coordinate architectural works with M&E, cleanroom and process equipment requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all architectural works on site
• Check construction against approved drawings, specifications and details
• Coordinate with Architect, Consultants, Project Manager, Engineers and Subcontractors
• Monitor walls, partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring, waterproofing, painting and finishes
• Coordinate architectural works with M&E, cleanroom and process equipment requirements
• Check cleanroom-related architectural works, including panels, doors, ceilings and finishes
• Monitor workmanship, quality and rectification of defects
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-ups
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow the approved programme
• Identify design conflicts, site issues and potential delays and follow up for resolution
