Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Senior Project Manager (High Rise) for Ipoh’s fast-paced construction environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in property development or construction. You will lead site teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in property development or construction-related projects preferred.
• Site-based senior project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project sites and manage planning and controlling.

Our Client is a Malaysian construction and property development company founded in 1998 and headquartered in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The company started as a construction contractor and later expanded into property development after successfully completing numerous large-scale projects across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.

Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.

Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.

Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.

Perform risk management to minimize project risk.

To report project progress to top management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.

Site-based Senior Project Manager experience is preferred.

Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.

Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.
