Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and capital markets advised.
• Leadership and team-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee compliance and risk policies, controls and procedures.
• Monitor program effectiveness and advise on remedial actions for gaps.
• Provide compliance and risk guidance on new products and initiatives.
• Support transaction monitoring, surveillance, and marketing material reviews.
• Track regulatory developments and communicate changes to stakeholders.
