SD Guthrie International is seeking a Compliance Risk Officer to support the design and execution of the group’s compliance risk management activities, ensuring operations align with laws, internal policies and good practices.

You will work with governance bodies, coordinate with departments, prepare awareness sessions on data protection, AML, sanctions, and competition laws, and provide timely insights to the Board, GAC and Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Experience in governance, risk and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating compliance governance and policy updates.
• Prepare quarterly reports on regulatory compliance matters.
• Support educational sessions on data protection, AML, sanctions and competition laws.
• Assist in identifying compliance risks and formulating mitigating actions.
• Collaborate with operations and support functions to strengthen oversight.
