Infoline IT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior compliance and governance professional to lead the firm’s regulatory, corporate secretarial and ESG initiatives. The role encompasses developing the compliance framework, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating with the Company Secretary and Finance teams.

The position requires experience with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple governance projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Law, Governance, Compliance).
• Professional qualifications in compliance, governance, risk management or internal audit are advantageous.
• Experience with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies and internal controls.
• Establish risk-based compliance monitoring programmes and assess risks and control weaknesses.
• Monitor findings, incidents and remediation actions; ensure timely closure.
• Maintain compliance registers, risk assessments and remediation trackers.
• Oversee Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and related regulatory filings.
• Coordinate statutory filings, annual returns, and corporate registers.
• Support corporate governance practices and governance reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for licensing, contracts and regulatory matters.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Compliance Officer and related team members.
• Support data protection, DPO duties, and ESG reporting requirements.
