Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial to lead cost control, contract administration and procurement across APAC projects. You will manage commercial risk, governance and performance, partnering with project directors and delivery teams to drive value and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial, APAC, you will influence stakeholders, balance cost, schedule and quality, and continuously improve commercial processes within a fast-paced, multi-project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial/cost management experience within construction or mission-critical sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in APAC markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial oversight across multiple projects or a major campus, ensuring budget alignment and forecasting.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations, and close-out activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, reporting, and governance.
• Apply local market knowledge to optimize delivery, procurement strategies and risk mitigation.
• Provide data-driven insights on cost, risk and exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, legal, and cross-functional partners to ensure value delivery.
