Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial to lead cost control, contract administration and procurement across multiple projects in APAC, with a strong emphasis on financial governance and risk management.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial, APAC, you will influence stakeholders, optimize budgets, and ensure delivery excellence while upholding our standards for governance and value. A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in commercial management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in commercial/cost management within construction or mission-critical sectors.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects or large programs.
• Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong cost control, financial planning, and procurement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual and commercial activities across project lifecycles.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting and commercial governance.
• Drive process improvements and deliver value through PM collaboration.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, contractors and advisors.
