Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Selangor is looking for a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee commercial and contractual matters for various projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 10 years of experience in contracts or quantity surveying. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation, analytical skills, and be a strong team player with good communication abilities. Familiarity with water/wastewater projects is a valuable plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experience in contracts/quantity surveying.
• Managerial experience in Commercial and Contract.
• Knowledge in water/wastewater/sewerage projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects' commercial and contractual matters.
• Resolve client-related or subcontractor-related contractual issues.
• Prepare and submit interim progress claims to clients.
