The role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and data-driven reporting, with a focus on safety, quality, and FEFO compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in operations management.
• Strong operational experience and ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge and experience in inventory management using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end co-packing operations.
• Review daily/weekly plans and confirm readiness of product, packaging, JO/PO, manpower, and capacity.
• Coordinate production sequences, manage urgent jobs, resolve bottlenecks, and implement recovery plans.
• Track output versus plan, productivity, service, and open actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, analyse gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate planning, factories, warehouses, QA, transportation, and co-packing service providers.
• Facilitate weekly reviews and track supplier commitments and performance.
• Monitor inventory, reconcile stock, and manage transfers/adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with JO/CRF, SOP, FEFO, traceability, safety and quality.
• Lead investigations, CAR/CAPA, and audit actions.
• Identify productivity, service, waste, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operational risks and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Maintain high warehouse housekeeping standards across co-packing and 3PL.
