- Manage the production planning and overall packing operation.
- Evaluate and review Weekly Sales Review (WSR) and forecast planning.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Shipping, and Purchasing on sales orders.
- Liaise with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping/Purchasing to ensure on-time container delivery.
- Monitor production output and packing efficiency to meet targets.
- Coordinate with Shipping for deliveries and with other factories for combined shipments.
- Coordinate with Purchasing on sales order status and packing material orders.
- Liaise with QA on product quality issues.
- Issue work orders and arrange packing activities.
- Maintain SAP records for planning transactions.
- Ensure smooth packing department operations and cost effectiveness.
- Take additional responsibilities as instructed by supervisor.
- Adhere to selected work process procedures.
