Job summary

PwC’s Oracle Consulting SEA team seeks an Oracle Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud delivery across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX, coordinating cross-functional and offshore resources to drive value for regional clients.

You will partner with client leadership, manage governance, risk and integration activities, and ensure successful transformation programs across Southeast Asia, from design through go-live and stabilisation, while promoting adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience managing large Oracle Cloud implementation programmes across multiple functions, geographies and workstreams.
Strong governance, delivery planning and milestone management capabilities.
Ability to lead cross-border teams and manage multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and CX workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and offshore delivery resources to drive execution.
Manage programme governance activities including RAID, issue escalation, changes, and executive reporting.
Oversee design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training and go-live readiness.
Support adoption, change management and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
