Job summary

Bitdeer in Malaysia seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML workloads. The role focuses on incident leadership, governance, and multi-cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation and security.

You will partner with R&D, Data Science, Security, and business teams to scale AI workloads, ensure high availability, and drive platform engineering initiatives across Bitdeer’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong automation, cloud, and security fundamentals required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and preventative remediation.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance with SOC2/ISO27001 standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security, and Business teams to improve workflows.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.
• Champion IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm across multi-cloud environments.
• Own high-availability architecture, DR, capacity planning, and tuning.
