Bitdeer seeks graduates to join its AI Cloud program in Malaysia, building a globally distributed AI infrastructure. You will work on GPU-VMs, containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and distributed training across regions.

We value strong coding skills in Go, Python, C++, Java, or Rust and hands-on experience with cloud-native tools. The program emphasizes mentorship, training, and career development within a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong programming ability in Go, Python, C++, Java, or Rust.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a large-scale AI cloud service platform including GPU VMs, containers, and multi-region management.
• Advance Kubernetes-based platforms with scheduling, observability, and large-scale training workloads.
• Build distributed training, model serving, and inference capabilities for AI models.
• Develop enterprise AI Agent workflows, memory systems, and secure runtimes.
• Contribute to ML tooling, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure development.
