Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a senior Compliance professional to oversee the Client Portfolio Compliance Kuala Lumpur function in a multi-region asset servicing environment. You will apply operational strategy, lead key projects, and ensure risk governance across activities.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of experience in risk management, UCITS/ESMA frameworks, and financial instruments, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong analytical and regulatory knowledge in risk management and UCITS/ESMA frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial products, derivatives, and instrument eligibility analysis.
• Experience in team governance and people development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the Client Portfolio Compliance Kuala Lumpur team, ensuring controls are performed in the system.
• Collaborate with the HOD and HOL to apply operational strategy for CACEIS.
• Lead projects aligned with team strategy and governance.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure risk coverage across the business.
• Manage the team to deliver services accurately and on time.
