Job summary

Nehemiah Group is seeking a disciplined Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise construction projects across Malaysia. You will lead Site Supervisors, workers and main contractors, ensuring daily activities run smoothly, quality, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of site supervision and project coordination experience. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and willingness

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project experience.
Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to coordinate with clients and site teams.
Willing to travel and work at project sites.
Experience in the construction of retaining wall will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and supervising projects to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
Lead and manage Site Supervisors, workers, and main contractors to ensure daily site activities run smoothly.
Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and installation work while ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
Attend site meetings, provide technical support, handle project documentation, and resolve client or contractor issues promptly.
Support Quality Assurance and ISO standards, as well as design, exhibitions and marketing activities.
