Job summary

TECH-LATEX SCIENTIFIC SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced chemist to support glove chemical development, QA, and technical service. This role requires hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Applicants should have a degree in Chemistry or related field, at least five years of experience, and familiarity with lab documentation and QC procedures. Preference for rubber glove industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with working experience in the rubber glove industry are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of glove chemicals, chemical formulation, testing and product development.
• Able to conduct laboratory testing, evaluation, troubleshooting, and technical analysis.
• Familiar with quality control procedures and laboratory documentation.
• Able to work independently and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
