Job summary

Nifayyi Village Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is expanding into a full kopitiam menu and seeks an experienced, mature chef to lead our hot kitchen. You will cook to high, consistent standards and write standard recipes for every dish.

You will train cooks to follow them and oversee daily kitchen operations. We offer a basic salary plus incentives, meals and EPF/SOCSO; cooking trial is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Malaysian hawker or kopitiam cooking
• CDP level or above
• Strong wok skills
