Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to build strong relationships with channel partners across a wide area, securing deals with internal team collaboration and driving sales through the channel. You will manage partner relations, support end-customer sales, and assist with product planning and forecasting.

Travel frequently to engage key owners, architects and contractors, while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and achieving high sales targets within multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
• 3+ years working experience in sales or channel sales management.
• Extensive sales and marketing experience in Building Automation/Controls with knowledge of system applications.
• Ability to communicate at high levels internally and externally.
• Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with design institutes and promotes product branding.
• Establishes long-term channel partner relationships with key customers (owners, architects, consultants, contractors).
• Supports end-customer sales and sells through channel partners; assists with product planning and forecasting.
• Provides training to internal and external distributors.
• Ensures compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures.
