C-Hawk Technology is a global leader in the manufacturing of components, assemblies, and processes for the semiconductor & healthcare industries. We’ve built onto our core plastic manufacturing capabilities to develop a broad portfolio of offerings including complex assemblies, gold plating and ultra high purity orbital welding.

We are seeking a Senior Buyer to drive PO management, delivery excellence, and inventory control within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of purchasing or material control experience.
• Strong execution background in manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience managing high-mix / high-volume POs preferred.
• Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Purchase Orders based on MRP signals and approved demand.
• Ensure PO accuracy (price, quantity, delivery date, Incoterms) per approved agreements.
• Manage PO changes, cancellations, and rescheduling as required.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and on-time performance.
• Proactively expedite critical materials to avoid production or shipment delays.
• Escalate supply risks and shortages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Planning and Operations to manage urgent requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
• Support cycle count and inventory audit activities.
• Act as the operational point-of-contact with suppliers for order execution.
• Follow up on delivery, shipment, and documentation issues.
• Support supplier corrective actions related to delivery or execution issues.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual delivery and logistics terms.
• Work closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Support ECN implementation by managing PO and delivery alignment.
• Coordinate material readiness for NPI or ramp-up based on approved sources.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

• Execute and manage Purchase Orders based on MRP signals and approved demand
• Ensure PO accuracy (price, quantity, delivery date, Incoterms) per approved agreements
• Manage PO changes, cancellations, and rescheduling as required
• Ensure compliance with approved supplier, price, and sourcing strategy

Delivery & Supply Assurance

• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and on-time performance
• Proactively expedite critical materials to avoid production or shipment delays
• Escalate supply risks and shortages in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Planning and Operations to manage urgent requirements

Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages, excess, and obsolescence
• Manage consignment and VMI execution (draw-down, reconciliation, reporting)
• Support cycle count and inventory audit activities
• Act as the operational point-of-contact with suppliers for order execution
• Follow up on delivery, shipment, and documentation issues
• Support supplier corrective actions related to delivery or execution issues
• Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual delivery and logistics terms

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance
• Support ECN implementation by managing PO and delivery alignment
• Coordinate material readiness for NPI or ramp-up based on approved sources
• Champions for certain Project HOD

System & Compliance

• Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP/MRP systems
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and audit requirements
• Prepare regular reports on shortages, past-due POs, and inventory exposure

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in purchasing or material control
• Strong execution background in manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience managing high-mix / high-volume POs preferred
• Strong follow-up and execution discipline
• Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage urgent demands
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
