Asset Management and Protection Services Sdn Bhd (AMPS) is seeking a business development professional to drive growth by acquiring new clients, managing tenders and building strategic relationships to expand security services. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in business-related fields and at least 3 years in BD.

Location is Taman Suntex, Cheras, Selangor with a full-time, permanent appointment and a competitive, incentive-based salary.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development.
• Security services industry experience is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and tender management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote security services and expand the client base.
• Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities through market analysis.
• Manage enquiries, leads and tenders until contract award.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments on manpower requirements and costing.
• Prepare business development reports and forecasts for management.
