Shell in Malaysia seeks a Senior Business Analyst for ISM, Security, and Testing at Sunway Square, Subang Jaya. 1-year renewable contract, 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, RM 8000–8800 monthly.

The role sits in the Oil & Gas BE team, focusing on ERP changes, access management, and testing leadership across global networks. The ideal candidate will drive ISM governance, coordinate with IT teams, and ensure successful ERP change delivery, with emphasis on process excellence and cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Business focal point owning and evergreening the IGU ERPs (ADC, Blueprint, BG) and IAM related activities.
• Advise ADC PO on SAM design and deployment during Cutover and post go-live activities.
• Support BE Upstream/IG ERP Job Archetypes Governance with IT EAM collaboration.
• Drive stabilization of S4 ADC and Sustain Blueprint/BGSAP through ISM.
• Lead transition to BAU with ISM readiness across networks.
• Improve service delivery for ADC, BG ERP with IT SOM and APFPs.
• Own ISM toolkit/materials and drive continuous improvement of the toolkit.
