Job summary

Grab in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Business Applications to lead transformation initiatives across EUC and service operations. You will coordinate delivery, readiness, rollout, and benefits tracking with Product, Engineering, QA, and country teams.

This is an onsite role reporting to the Engineering Manager, Business Applications. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ITSM and a solid SDLC background, with the ability to translate priorities into actionable plans, drive UAT and

Qualifications

4+ years of ITSM, transformation delivery experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC and production readiness.
Experience coordinating cross-country stakeholders and teams.
Experience in UAT, release readiness, and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

Analyse current and target-state processes and define implementation actions.
Translate priorities into delivery plans, SOPs, acceptance criteria, readiness checklists, and rollout plans.
Coordinate UAT, validation, stakeholder sign-off, release readiness, and post-launch stabilisation.
Drive country and support-team readiness through communications, training, change adoption, and clear playbooks.
Track adoption, efficiency, service impact, and realised benefits; maintain documentation and feedback loops, including AI-assisted improvements.
