Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support information system needs across functional areas in our Malaysia operations. You will gather requirements, document functional and non-functional needs, and propose process improvements to drive faster, simpler digital solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating UAT, preparing test plans, and ensuring timely delivery with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business IT, Computer Science or related field.
1–2 years in life insurance operations and business analysis preferred.
Strong prioritisation, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in discussions with business/program managers to understand scope and document solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Propose process innovations to simplify solutions.
Support project execution with UAT planning, test environments and traceability.
Provide technical expertise to resolve stakeholder-identified issues.
Prepare test requirements and UAT scenarios; review and sign off documentation.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve UAT defects and ensure timely delivery.
Create end-user training materials and conduct trainer-led sessions.
Perform post-implementation verification and address production issues if any.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
