Join AIA as a Business Analyst to support information system needs across business areas. You will work with program managers to define scope, refine requirements, and document solutions that meet business goals.

You will filter needs, propose process improvements, and coordinate tests, UAT, and user training to ensure timely project delivery and production readiness. Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred for HK operations.

Qualificações

• Degree holder in BusinessIT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years working experience in life insurance operations and business analysis preferred.
• Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, determination to succeed, willingness to share and learn.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and be a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in discussions with the business/program managers to understand the scope of work and document the solution.
• Filter needs and translate requirements into a consistent vision for the project.
• Propose innovative solutions to simplify and improve processes.
• Support project execution by preparing user requirements, QA, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Adjudicate problem solving between stakeholders and provide technical expertise.
• Prepare test requirements and environments to support UAT needs.
• Execute test scripts and record results against expectations.
• Review and sign off solution documents and UAT plans within timelines.
• Collaborate with business and tech to resolve UAT defects.
• Provide UAT clearance reports and ensure all functions tested and issues addressed.
• Prepare end user training guides and train the trainer prior to implementation.
• Perform post-implementation verification and follow up production issues.
