Job summary

HCLTech Malaysia is recruiting a senior Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, craft BRDs and user stories, and translate them into precise specs for development and QA teams.

You will partner with business and technology across APAC, support sprint planning, UAT, and ongoing governance, while ensuring traceability and compliance. Thai language skills are required to collaborate with Thai clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in tech/digital projects.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn ambiguity into requirements.
• Hands-on experience with customer-facing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Thai speaking required to work with Thai clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct impact assessments for new initiatives and system changes.
• Translate requirements into clear specs for development and QA teams.
• Build relationships with leaders across APAC and act as liaison between business and tech.
• Support Agile delivery activities, UAT, defect tracking, and validation of outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and requirements traceability; assist change management and go-live readiness.
