Job summary

Think City in Kuala Lumpur and Penang seeks a Senior Associate, Brand & Communications to support the team in crafting clear and compelling communications for key audiences. You will help manage corporate communications, programmes and events, while guiding regional teams in planning and delivering communications on the ground.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant experience in branding, PR, media relations or events, with proficiency in design tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience, with some leadership exposure.
Experience in branding, PR, media relations, or event management.
Proficiency in design and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Support development and delivery of holistic brand and corporate communications strategies.
Assist in managing Think City’s public relations programme and corporate events.
Develop media materials including press releases, statements, FAQs.
Monitor branding and communications across channels and report insights.
Align programme communications with Think City’s broader brand strategy.
Provide communications guidance to regional teams to ensure consistency.
