Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead the BIM strategy for the ARP BHS and MAHB group, ensuring alignment with ISO19650 and related standards.

You will anchor BIM implementation across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages, develop MAHB BIM Frameworks, review BIM submissions, and drive data exchange using a Common Data Environment and ERP integration.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in BIM implementation and project management across mega facilities.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on BIM projects.
• Knowledgeable in ISO19650 application and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Anchor BIM implementation during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.
• Review and approve BIM-related submissions (BIM Execution Plan, BIM Models, QA matrices).
• Lead workshops to develop MAHB road map, reference documents, and BIM standards.
