Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, design, drafting, or project coordination.
• At least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues with project stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for document and model control.
• Support construction teams with BIM coordination, model federation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and ISO 19650 procedures.
