Job summary

DP Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Modeler/Senior BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator in Johor Bahru to develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Coordinate with architects, engineers and other project team members to resolve design and modelling issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Prepare and update architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
Ensure BIM models and drawings are accurate, consistent and updated based on design changes and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and other project team members to resolve design and modelling issues.
Assist in BIM coordination, model reviews and quality checking to ensure compliance with project standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, where applicable.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of BIM models and project documentation in accordance with project schedules.
